By installing or using Bingotell, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

Bingotell Pro

Bingotell Pro is offered as a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play. Purchase processing, refunds, and restoration may be subject to Google Play policies.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or redistribute it except as permitted by law.

Game results

Bingotell is a convenience tool. You remain responsible for checking your cards and following the rules of the bingo venue or organizer. We do not guarantee recognition accuracy, winning results, prizes, or uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goatafella Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
